12 crappie fillets
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ¼ cups yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup mustard
¾ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix milk, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the mixture until well blended. Add mustard and mix well. Coat fillets well and deep fry until golden brown.
