CRAPPIE RECIPES
Beer Crappie
Recipe submitted by Larry Sunday, Grove, Okla.

Crappie fillets
Sea salt, to taste
6 ounces milk
2 jumbo brown eggs
6 ounces beer
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
peanut oil

Mix salt, milk, eggs, and beer in bowl. Place fillets in bowl and let soak for 10 minutes. Mix flour and cornmeal in another bowl and coat fillets in dry mixture. Oil bottom of skillet and cook fillets until brown.
